| English belowMiami FL, 31 de agosto de 2020.- (@MinayaPR) Se ha llegado a un acuerdo amistoso a favor de J & N Records en una disputa en la cual Sony Music Entertainment y The Orchard estaban distribuyendo digitalmente grabaciones de Luis Vargas de parte de Greenlite Music Group y Urbano Live Entertainment.Según el arreglo, The Orchard, Sony, Urbano Live y Greenlite reconocen su error en explotar estas grabaciones sin las autorizaciones requeridas de J & N Records.Las empresas han acordado pagar compensación completa a J & N por los daños causados por las explotaciones de sus cintas maestras no autorizadas.Incluyendo en el arreglo son las grabaciones de José Luís Records. J & N Records es la exclusiva distribuidora digital en el mundo entero de dichas grabaciones. |

| Miami FL, August 31 2020.- (@MinayaPR) An amicable settlement has been reached in J & N’s favor in a dispute wherein Sony Music Entertainment and The Orchard were digitally distributing Luis Vargas recordings on behalf of GreenLite Music Group and Urbano Live Entertainment.Pursuant to the settlement, The Orchard, Sony, Urbano Live and GreenLite acknowledge their error in exploiting these recordings without the required authorizations from J & N Records, have agreed to render full compensation to J & N for the damages resulting from the unauthorized exploitations.Included in the settlement are Luis Vargas recordings owned and controlled by Jose Luis Records, which recordings are digitally distributed throughout the world by J & N Records. |
